MISIO LLC · YOUR PRIVACY

PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION ON THIS WEBSITE

Technical information

When you visit, our hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested pages, request times, browser or device information, and error or security information.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, and address technical, security, or privacy issues. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or sensitive personal information.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising pixels, third-party audience analytics, account registration, or an email signup form. It does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and game artwork are served with the site rather than fetched from third parties.

2. INFORMATION IN THE CURRENT GAME

The current game stores progress and preferences locally on your device. This includes game currencies, inventory, upgrades, story choices, unlocks, reward state, timestamps, sound settings, and haptic preferences.

The current normal game build does not activate cloud accounts, cloud backups, external analytics, live advertising, or live purchases. Internal testing builds may enable additional services and require separate disclosures appropriate to the features in that test.

The game’s debt, people, events, and currencies are fictional. Gameplay does not ask for your real financial information, contacts, precise location, or political views.

3. ACCOUNTS AND CLOUD SAVES IN PREPARATION

We are building optional cloud backup and save recovery on Google Firebase, including the option to link an account with Sign in with Apple. These features are not enabled in the normal game build.

When they are enabled, the service will process an app account identifier, the linked sign-in identifier where you choose to link one, your saved game state, backup and restore timestamps, and diagnostic records needed to keep a restore correct and prevent abuse. Linking will be optional, and we will explain the information, retention, and deletion controls in this policy before the feature is switched on.

4. REWARDED ADS IN PREPARATION

We are preparing optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob for a future game release. Publishing our app-ads.txt file authorizes Google to sell ad inventory for our app; it does not add ads or tracking to this website.

When rewarded ads are enabled in the game, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads, maintain the service, and prevent fraud. Advertising identifiers are subject to your device permissions. See how Google uses information from partner apps and the Google Privacy Policy.

The planned integration uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present applicable privacy choices before requesting ads and to let you revisit those choices where required. Ad personalization depends on your choices, applicable requirements, and device permissions. We will review the final release configuration and update this policy before enabling live ads.

To verify and deliver ad rewards, our Firebase service will use an app account identifier, reward-attempt and transaction identifiers, the ad unit and reward type, and timestamps. These records help deliver each reward once and enforce reward limits; they are separate from your saved game progress.

5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED AND SHARED

We use website technical information to deliver pages, maintain reliability, investigate errors, and protect against abuse. We use support correspondence to respond to the person who contacted us and resolve their request.

The website is hosted through Google Firebase App Hosting, which uses Google Cloud infrastructure. Google processes technical information to provide hosting and related security services. Its handling of information is described in Firebase’s privacy and security information and the Google Privacy Policy.

Information may also be handled by our email service provider when you contact us. We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests. This website does not share information with advertising networks or build advertising profiles. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Applicable protections depend on the service and relevant law.

6. RETENTION AND YOUR CHOICES

Website information

Technical logs are retained according to the hosting platform’s configured retention settings and operational or security needs. Support correspondence is kept as needed to answer and resolve your request, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Local game data

Progress remains on your device while the app and its saved data remain installed. Removing the app can remove its local data. Device or operating-system backups are controlled separately through your Apple settings; removing the app does not necessarily remove those backups.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

If processing requires consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting processing that already took place. The current website does not ask for marketing or advertising consent because it does not run those services.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This is an informational website and does not provide player registration or request children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action. The game’s final age rating and any age-specific privacy measures will be provided before public release.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle, including encrypted website connections through our hosting provider. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy as development progresses or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
